Faber Drive

When: JULY 9th, 7 pm (headliner onstage at 8 pm)

Where: MIRAMAR VILLAGE – 15187 Thrift Ave

About the artists:

Faber Drive is a Canadian pop-punk band from Mission, British Columbia that exploded onto the scene in 2007 with their debut album Seven Second Surgery. The Juno-nominated band has scored multiple Top 10 hits including gold-certified “When I’m With You” and “Tongue Tied.” Their follow-up album Can’t Keep a Secret went double platinum with the smash “Get Up and Dance” and platinum single “Give Him Up.” The band’s third album Lost in Paradise added fan favourites like “Life Is Waiting” and “Candy Store” (7M+ Spotify streams).

Fast-forward to today, Faber Drive is back — and going full throttle to their roots. Their 2025 four-song EP dives into classic punk energy, with “Lifeline” channeling the spirit of early Blink-182 and NOX, and “Deathbed” reimagining Powfu’s viral hit “Coffee for Your Head” — fittingly, since Powfu is fronted by Dave Faber’s son, whose version has now surpassed 2 billion streams worldwide.

Known for high-energy, fan-driven shows, Faber Drive has toured coast to coast over 10 times, sharing stages with Nickelback, Simple Plan, Sum 41, Billy Talent, and more.

With new music, fresh momentum, and the same passion that launched their career, Faber Drive is proving pop-punk is here to stay.

Their upbeat musical style, musicianship and offbeat stage antics have made them a staple of the Canadian music scene for decades. Formed in Vancouver in the fall of 1977, the band originally consisted of Doug Bennett, John Burton (guitar), Drew Neville (keyboards), Dennis Henderson (bass) and Lawrence McGillveray (drums).

Delhi 2 Dublin

When: AUGUST 20th, 7 pm (headliner onstage at 8 pm)

Where: MIRAMAR VILLAGE – 15187 Thrift Ave

Opening Act: TBA

About the artists:

For nearly two decades, Delhi 2 Dublin has been at the forefront of South Asian fusion music, architecting a global bass sound they call “Subcontinental Pop”, a high-energy blend of Bhangra, electronic, hip-hop, reggae, and Celtic influences that refuses easy categorization. What started as a one-night collaboration at Vancouver’s Celtic Fest in 2006 has evolved into one of Canada’s most globally touring independent acts, igniting iconic stages including Electric Forest, Glastonbury, Burning Man, Bali Spirit Festival, and Woodford Folk Festival, and moving dance floors from Mumbai to Nevada. Known for their high-energy, live show experiences, Delhi 2 Dublin delivers what fans describe as “90 minutes of freebasing joy.

Spoons

When: AUGUST 27th, 7 pm (headliner onstage at 8 pm)

Where: WEST BEACH (Memorial Park)

Opening Act: TBA

About the artists:

Formed in 1980, an intrepid young band from Burlington Ontario would soon make “Spoons” a different kind of household word…

Together with Derrick Ross and Rob Preuss, Gord Deppe and Sandy Horne would help define the sound of pop and New Wave in the 80’s, with hits including “Nova Heart”, “Romantic Traffic”, “Old Emotions” and “Tell No Lies”.

Their album “Arias & Symphonies” would go on to be named one of the 20 Most Influential Albums of The 80’s by “the Chart” Magazine, and their song “Nova Heart” was recently included in Bob Mersereau’s book “the Top 100 Canadian Singles of All Time”…

…Not bad for a bunch of kids from Burlington, Ontario.
